Beverage and Bar Service

Please be aware that Beverage and Bar Service is very important to the outcome of your event but may be the most difficult expense to estimate.  We offer three different types of bar situations from which you can choose.  Of course, we can modify any of these services to fit your needs and you may opt to have no bar service at all.

• A Host Bar entails one check being added to the final food bill that includes all beer, wine and liquor.
  
• A Cash Bar requires the guests to pay for their drinks, by a cash payment as they are ordered.
  
• A Mix Bar is where the host of the event will pay for either beer or wine, maybe both, but not for liquor.

Wines

Michael Dolan has put together an extensive and award winning wine list from which you may choose. We will work with you to select wines that are appropriate and fit your budget.  If, however, there is a special wine you would like to have that is not on our list, we may be able to order it in for you, provided enough notice is given.

At your event, we charge only for wines that are opened.

All beverages are subject to a 20% gratuity and sales taxes.
